Resuscitation Rooms

Two rooms across each other and next to the polyclinic sector, serve as emergency rooms (ER) of the unit. Severely injured patients or patients in septic status are resuscitated in this area. Chest tubes, central venous catheters, diagnostic peritoneal lavage and all kinds of invasive procedures are performed in these rooms. These rooms are equipped with all kinds of drugs, and medical supplies. All kinds of X-rays, ultrasound exams may be obtained on the stretcher by way of a mounted X-ray machine in one of these rooms. .
