Teaching Activities

Student Education

First, third, fourth, and sixth year medical students are taught by the faculty of the service. All kind of manikins are used to teach IV routes, airway maintenance, suturing, etc. Sixth year students visit the service every two weeks in groups of 15-20.

The students stay in house for 5 days and learn suturing, catheter or surgical dressing applications under the supervision of residents or faculty.

Other than medical students, members of Istanbul University, Physiotherapy School, Istanbul University, Sports Academy, Istanbul University and Laboratory School are taught by the faculty.
